After the LORD says, “Wash yourselves; make yourselves clean,” He then teaches us to learn to do good, to seek justice, and correct oppression. The Holy Spirit comes through the preaching of the message of the person and work of Christ. The Holy Spirit works to bring new desires in the heart.
