Introduction to Theology.
Rev. Brian L. Kachelmeier
Welcome to the new Redeemer Theological Academy!
The Apostle Peter teaches us, “…in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect…” (1 Peter 3:15, ESV)
The goal of Redeemer Theological Academy is to enable the saints to confess the Christian Faith handed down to us from the Apostles. With the Aposltes we preach Christ crucified. In this age of competing religions and spiritualities, each Christian should be ready for the opportunity to confess the Faith to an unbelieving world.
These courses are designed to help you articulate what you believe and why you believe it to be true. It is not good enough to just say, “The Bible says so.” Instead, the baptized should take the word of God upon their lips and speak it into the ears of others.

Pr Kachelmeier,
Thanks for putting this together. I’m looking forward to more episodes! Welcome to the podcasting world.
Bryan
Bryan,
You are most certainly welcome! What a blessing it is to be able to speak theology to an unbelieving world.
Pr. Kachelmeier
Do you have any suggestions of a good book that my beyrfiond and I could read together? We were talking about our quiet times the other day, and thought it might be a good way for us to get to know another side of eachother. I’m not sure if we’re ready to take on Love and Respect yet, any other thoughts?

Hey Pastor!!
Thank you so much for teaching us! This is absolutely wonderful and I am looking forward to what RTA has in store for us. You are certainly a blessing to our community!
Alex
Thank you.

Was this from last year, or is this a new course…?
This is a different lecture series that I just recorded. First, we will look at theology as the knowledge of God and divine things. Second, we will have lectures on the attributes of God. These lectures will be similar to the seminars in the fall. Third, we will meditate up the doctrine of the Blessed Holy Trinity. Again, these lectures will be similar to the seminars in the fall, but here we will go into much further detail. Fourth, we will keep talking theology…
