In this lecture we conclude our study on chapters 21, 22, and 23. We will look at the contrast between the City of God and all those cities that are opposed to God. Glorious things are spoken to the City of God, that is, heavenly Jerusalem. Woe and destruction are spoken to Babylon, earthly Jerusalem, and Tyre. Yet, we look to the conversion of the Gentiles who are made participants in the City of the Living God through faith alone.
